The upgrade includes a job description module, graphically enhanced report functionality, and improved data import functionality.

HRN Management Group, a developer and provider of practical and effective on-line human resource management products today announced the release of their newest Performance Pro employee performance management solution upgrade.

The upgrade includes new Performance Pro features and enhanced functions such as:

1. Job Description module. This new feature contains over 130 complete and editable job descriptions across many job types and industries. Includes a complete Resources library with detailed information on ADA/FLSA and Exempt/Non Exempt worksheets.

2. Graphically enhanced Gap Analysis report identifies critical differences in employee and appraiser perceptions.

3. Improved data Import function now includes "checks and balance" feature allowing better control of data.

Ms. Michele Lindsay, HRN Director of Product Development and Customer Support stated, "This is our second major Performance Pro upgrade release of 2007. Performance Pro is a centrally-hosted on-line solution requiring no IT investment, or other costs on behalf of clients to upload, implement, or begin to utilize the new features. All upgrades, hosting, secure storage and customer/technical support are included in the low, annually renewable cost.
