Creative Art Editions to Be Featured By Omega Moulding During Décor Expo in Atlanta
Giclee publisher chosen for showcase of new moulding collections at key industry event
Miami, FL (PRWEB) August 22, 2007 -- Creative Art Editions announced today that prints from its catalog of open edition giclees have been chosen to be showcased by Omega Moulding at the upcoming Décor Expo in Atlanta, September 7 - 9, 2007.
Industry leader Omega Moulding, of Bellport, New York, has chosen new giclee prints published by Creative Art Editions for featured sections of their booth at this year's Décor Expo. Archival quality giclees of work by photographers Alan Hausenflock, Robert Brown and realist Italian painter Franco Aguggiaro were chosen for their rich color renditions, sharpness and high quality.
Hausenflock's image, "Windward Sail I", will be displayed in the "Lifestyles" section of the booth, as part of Omega's showcase of its new Bridgehampton Collection. The sepia tone image is one in a series of close ups of sailboat details, printed by Creative Art Editions as a fine art giclee on archival quality watercolor paper.
Two close up floral images by photographer Robert Brown were also chosen. Brown's unique extreme close ups result in a semi-abstract image. According to Mark Hulmes, V.P. of Business Development for Omega, "the soft tones of the florals contrast the colors of our new Eastman Collection. The quality of the printing was what we were looking for."
Work by Italian artist Franco Aguggiaro will also be represented in the Omega booth. Auggiaro is known for his beautiful, realist images of Venice and the Italian countryside. His image "Moro Lin", part of his Venice series, was printed as a giclee on canvas and will help demonstrate one of Omega's classic looks.
