Four-game deal includes upcoming Café Mahjongg and Finders Keepers titles, as well as two other unannounced titles in Q1 of 2008.

iWin, Inc., a leading developer and publisher of online casual games, and Jenkat Media, Inc., a casual game developer and distributor founded by veterans of Fox Interactive Media and Intermix Media (parent company of MySpace.com), today announced a strategic distribution agreement. Under the agreement, iWin will market and distribute Jenkat's first four casual game titles on multiple platforms, including the first two scheduled for release in October 2007.

Jenkat's first two games will include Café Mahjongg, an immersive casual game set in a coffee house, and Finder Keepers, an Atlantic Ocean-themed adventure for adults and kids of all ages.

"As experienced game developers we sought out the best publisher that would allow us the freedom and confidence to build our games without many creative constraints, as well as give us the support to become a success," said Jenkat Co-Founder and President Malcolm Michaels. "iWin was that publishing partner, as they employ a unique value proposition in that they understand the value of a game's intellectual property and work tirelessly to expose its developer titles to countless, unique revenue streams that many other publishers just cannot provide."

iWin is known for helping its partners deliver the industry expertise needed to drive sales of casual games, not only online, but also via mobile, brick-and-mortar, and new emerging platforms. "The Jenkat team has a proven track record of success with previous online hits such as Belle's Beauty Boutique and Gold Miner: Vegas, so it was a natural fit for iWin to partner with them," said iWin CEO CJ Wolf. "Their first two games are extremely addictive and are graphically intoxicating, and iWin is excited to begin distribution of Jenkat's first two original casual games."
