Full complement bearings have no retainer and a full complement of ceramic balls and are therefore capable of handling much heavier loads.

Boca's Lightning Premier Ceramic Hybrid bearings have high precision, Grade 5 ceramic balls, closer ABEC 5 tolerances and high speed polymite retainers.
