IMAPS is well-known for the excellence of its technical presentations in its varied venues each year and the 2007 Technical Program Committee has done an exceptional job in structuring a program befitting 40 years of excellence.
Greg Caswell, General Chair, had this to say, "The 40th Anniversary Technical Program offers thirty sessions that encompass all aspects of electronic packaging. Of particular interest this year is the addition of two sessions that will be translated from Chinese in addition to the very powerful Japanese translated session that we have enjoyed for many years.
