By viewing time in this organic, rotational way, the planner creates a visual reminder of how precious each hour is

Lehigh Valley, PA (PRWEB) August 29, 2007

New for September 2007, DayTimers has unveiled the latest in paper planning: the 24/7 Work-Life Planner, offering planning capability for each hour of the day. Most day planners end the day at 8pm. Almost everyone, even beyond those who work night shifts--parents, college students, young professionals and executives--are bound to make plans and appointments past the designated slots in a traditional planning page.

"The 24/7 Work-Life Planner offers a new way of thinking and planning your day for those people who are making plans at all hours of the day and night," commented Trapper Woods, Time Management Consultant, author, and member of the DayTimer Panel of Experts. The 24/7 planner concept, originated by Woods, proved to be especially appealing to a younger audience as they are always on the go.

The 24/7 Work-Life Planner features 12 famous city skylines from around the world to add to its clean, sophisticated look. It's organized into three sections:

  • Hourly Blocks - The 24 boxes are set up around the page, making it easy to visualize and plan the day with appointment spaces that follow the sun. There is even graduated shading to represent day into night. "By viewing time in this organic, rotational way, the planner creates a visual reminder of how precious each hour is," Woods remarked.
  • To-Do Section - In the center of each daily page is a flexible to-do section that is perfect for listing tasks that need to be completed. The space provides room for prioritizing items that need to be accomplished that day, while referencing the schedule boxes around the page.
  • Notes Section - In the center of the page, next to the to-do section is an area for taking notes. This space is for recording both work and personal reminders for the day. PDA users find this area to be useful for journaling, note taking and recording expenses.
Additional features of the 24/7 Work-Life Planner include: monthly planning calendar, address/phone directory, and monthly tabs.
