Atlantic Partners, Inc., the Document Management consulting firm, announced today its support of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) through a redesign and validation of the processes the Association follows within specific segments of the organizations Mailstream. Through the systematic remapping of their incoming mail processes, Atlantic Partners will provide the methodology and tools to enable ASHA to reduce costs and provide a greater level of service and efficiency to their membership.

"We are delighted that ASHA chose Atlantic Partners to support their desire to provide a higher level of service to their internal and external clients", said company President Joseph Ferreri. "As the scientific, and credentialing association for more than 127,000 members and affiliates who are speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and speech, language, and hearing scientists in the United States and internationally, ASHA is held to a higher standard than many other associations; and as such, effective communication management with their membership is critical. The Atlantic Partners team is committed to supporting all of their efforts."

"Effective Mailstream Management is a moving target", said company Vice President, John Kiley. "When you consider the document management issues that membership organizations are wrestling with, such as Postal Reform from the United States Postal Service, effective management of overnight carrier costs, distributed print costs, and the requirement for continuous improvement, we find that many organizations are unaware of their true cost of doing business. ASHA is on the forefront of an area that virtually every association will have to consider in the near-term and we are truly excited to work with them."

"We really feel that Atlantic Partners had the exact expertise that we were looking for," said Director, Facilities Management, Patricia Brown. "They understood the processing dilemma surrounding our Mailstream, had experience with "best practice" solutions, and gave us a list of options (along with a dollar value) that we could implement."
