Matrix Solutions Announces New Additions to Team and Promotion

New team members bring knowledge and skills to advertising sales software market leader.

Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of sales strategy management software for the media sales industry, today announced new hires in the sales and software development groups and a promotion in the administration group.

New Hires
Jason Miller and Ryan Moore were recently hired to perform client services functions as Software Support Engineers. Jason Miller brings eight years of IT experience to Matrix Solutions. Prior to joining the company, he worked Siemens and Cigna. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Shenandoah University and holds a degree in Sports Medicine. Ryan Moore is a recent graduate of Thiel College and holds degrees in Management Information Systems, E-Commerce, and Web Development.

Mona Criswell was recently hired to sales functions as a Business Development Manager. Mrs. Criswell brings nearly brings over 7 years of sales experience to Matrix Solutions. She has strong experience selling in to international markets and will play an instrumental role in helping Matrix eventually expand outside of the United States. Prior to joining the company, she worked for Algor, Inc. and SteelCloud. Mrs. Criswell is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and holds a degree in both Biology and Spanish.

Promotion
Holly Grabowski was promoted to Human Resource Manager. In her role, she is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, including benefits, recruitment, community involvement, performance management, education, and employee compliance, as well as initiating new projects. Since joining the company, she has been instrumental in sustaining company growth and building a solid foundation by helping to identify the right talent, cultivate the leader in everyone, to build a culture that complements Matrix Solutions' values. Prior to joining Matrix Solutions in September 2000, Ms. Grabowski worked for the City of Pittsburgh's personnel department where she gained a strong understanding of employee and company needs.
