The former Arizona resident has more than 25 years of experience in the professional beauty industry, with extensive expertise in new product launches, development and roll out of marketing and sales campaigns, product restaging, creation and distribution systems, as well as tradeshow implementation.

Prior to joining the Peter Hantz Company, Cox served as Western Business Development Manager for Pureology - Serious Colour Care. He was Vice President of Sales for Mastey International Laboratories, as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Hayashi Acquisition Corporation.
