Stampler has toured the plant in upstate New York and had this to say "…it was hard to believe, floor after floor filled with machinery and equipment. This fully operational plant has served the hunting, fishing, military, sport and recreational knife business for over 100 years. The closure has hurt some, but all auction buyers will benefit -- what a great opportunity…"
Stampler Auctions will sell all the machinery, equipment, inventory and offices. Additional intellectual property such as trade names, trademarks, trade dress, patents, website and engineering drawings, etc. will be offered for sale.
