Lancaster, PA (PRWEB) September 8, 2007
Thornberry Ltd, a developer and marketer of intelligent, leading-edge management information systems for the home healthcare and hospice industry and HomeCare Accounting Solutions (HAS) based in New Jersey, are continuing to expand their joint customer base in 2007.
In the past nine months Thornberry has added six new or expanded customer deals in common with HAS including Health Calls Home Health in Pennsylvania, VIP in New York, and St Luke's Health System in Idaho.
HomeCare Accounting Solutions billing and Accounts Receivable software - HBS, was integrated with the NDoc® clinical/point of care system to offer exceptional value as a complete home care agency technology solution, said Thornberry president Tom Peth.
"HAS and Thornberry both enjoy stellar reputations for customer service and as designers of powerful but intuitive systems that are easy to learn and use. Our partnership makes a great deal of sense for our customers and as part of both companies' growth strategy to serve both small, standalone agencies and hospice as well as larger, state-wide health organizations," said HAS president Mike Del Collo.
The Thornberry and HAS strategic technology partnership also offer customers the choice of a local networked solution or a secure hosted solution, providing ultimate flexibility and variable costing for customers depending on their preference, noted Tom Peth.
New Hires Bolster Thornberry Team
Thornberry also continues to bolster its sales and support staff, hiring Bill Spears as Regional Sales Manager, Bill Murrow as a technical customer support specialist and Michael Schmaldienstas implementation manager for Thornberry.
"These new additions to the Thornberry team enhance our ability to reach out to the market across an expanded geography and to continue to support our growing number of customers at the highest level of quality," said Mr. Peth.
"We are adamant that all our customers, from those who have been loyal Thornberry NDoc users for many years and those who have just joined the Thornberry family, continue to receive the care and attention they are used to."
Mr. Schmaldienst also heads a new Thornberry e-learning initiative. "The decision to invest in video training and to build a rapidly growing video training library for our customers, was made for the same reason. We want our customers to get the most they can from their investment in technology, and fully understanding and using the complete functionality within NDoc in as short a time-frame as possible, is part of that commitment to our customers' success," said Peth.
Current training titles available to Thornberry users include an introduction to NDoc for new end users, laptop synchronization and the NDoc automated care plan. An NDoc overview video is set for release in October, geared to mid-level managers new to NDoc as well as prospective NDoc buyers.
