Inclusion on the list is based on a company's percent increase in revenues over a four year period. All companies are ranked according to the percentage growth of their business revenue from 2003 through 2006. Through strong marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as successful media buying and planning for some of the top companies in the US, Gotham Direct's revenue growth during this period was 3,053%.
