For the first conference on September 21st in Omaha, Nebraska, Kalinsky will be presenting "Would Anyone in Your HR Department Win a Popularity Contest?". This session focuses on how an HR Department can transform themselves to become more popular and in turn increase their overall value within the organization. The following week, Kalinsky will travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to present "Rethinking HR: Putting the Human Back into Human Resources". This session, which explores why technology isn't always the answer and how an increase in human contact can have a positive impact on an organization, will be presented on September 26th in Pittsburgh then a month later on October 26th in Fort Worth, Texas.
