Revival Funds, a green real estate investment fund manager, announced today that David Linn has joined the company as its Portfolio Manager.
Revival (http://www.revivalfunds.com), based in Denver, is creating an "Urban Green" fund that will target real estate investments located in vibrant urban locations and built "green" by design. Mr. Linn will oversee the acquisition and management of Revival's real estate portfolio, which will be focused on projects in select metropolitan regions around the United States.

Mr. Linn has more than 20 years of real estate investment experience, including positions in acquisitions, portfolio management, consulting, investment banking and real estate securities. Most recently, he was with The Townsend Group, advising a diverse client base including public pension funds, foundations, and Taft Hartley plans. Previously, he established the Real Estate Services Group within National City Investment Management Company, and was a Senior Vice President and REIT analyst at McDonald Investments, Inc. He also served as Director of Real Estate Acquisitions for the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio.
Mr. Linn has taught courses in real estate finance at Ohio State University and at Cleveland State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He received a BS in Mathematics from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from University of Dayton and an MA in Finance and Economics from Ohio State University.
Mr. Linn joins a team of national leaders from diverse areas of urban and green high performance real estate, with combined experience managing over $4 billion in commercial real estate assets. Revival's executive team features leaders from diverse areas of the commercial real estate industry.
