KI Software Acquires Intrannuity's iFitness Health and Fitness Club Management Software
Marketing and development of Intrannuity's health and fitness club management software will be taken over by KI Software while Intrannuity will continue to supply payment processing, collections and account receivable services.
Silver Spring, MD (PRWEB) September 12, 2007 -- MotionSoft Inc's health and fitness division, KI Software, announced today the acquisition of the iFitness Solutions health club management software from Georgia based firm, Intrannuity, LLC. As a result, KI, will assume development and marketing responsibilities for the application suite. The acquisition will strengthen KI's marketplace, product line, and allows for a more diversified services and product offering. The deal also represents a major opportunity for KI to begin offering a hosted application service.
Intrannuity will continue to provide payment processing and account receivable management services to its customers as well as offer new services to customers of KI.
