Dowsing comes to Albany from Accountants Inc. in Sacramento, Calif. As business development manager in the Northern California region, Dowsing was responsible for building relationships with "C" level clients and presenting the company's finance and accountant staffing services. Previously, Dowsing was an account executive for The Nelson Family of Companies, where she managed new and existing business development, as well as developed and managed marketing and sales programs. Dowsing also has branch management experience with Adecco Employment People in the UK and in California.
