Reno Attorney Rob Larsen Joins PC-Doctor As Chief Administrative Officer and In-House Counsel

Focus Will Be on Hiring Top Talent to Staff Growth And to Help Negotiate New Business Opportunity

PC-Doctor Inc. (http://www.pc-doctor.com) today announced that Reno attorney and employee relations expert Rob Larsen has joined PC-Doctor as Chief Administrative Officer/In-House Counsel responsible for overall legal services, human resources and the company's administrative structure.

Among the broad duties Larsen will have as a member of the company's executive team will be to recruit top-notch engineering talent to support PC-Doctor's growth requirements and to help negotiate contracts and other legal matters.

Larsen's responsibilities as in-house counsel include contracts, intellectual property/trademark protection, and legal processes around company relationships. As chief administrative officer, Larsen will design, plan, and implement HR programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, and health and safety programs.

Before joining PC-Doctor, Larsen was the managing partner of a successful Reno law firm, Sertic Larsen, Ltd., where he actively litigated numerous business matters including employment related claims, business transactions, commercial disputes, corporate governance, and intellectual property infringement.

Larsen received his juris doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. Larsen is a member of the state bars of both California and Nevada. He has published an article on gender equality in the Japanese workplace, and has been a regular contributor to the Nevada Association of Employers monthly newsletter.
