The Infohrm Group, a global leader in on-demand, full service workforce reporting, workforce analysis, workforce planning and benchmarking solutions, today announced that Brian Kelly will immediately assume responsibilities as President of Infohrm North America Operations. Kelly has held a senior leadership position at Infohrm for the past twelve months, as Vice President of Business Development where he was responsible for business development, sales, and marketing. Here he successfully grew the company at record pace with the acquisition of CLC Metrics and North American launch.

As President of North American, Mr. Kelly will lead the organization in furthering its leadership position in providing clients with the world-class human capital analytics services and products. He will focus on strategic planning, firm expansion, and business development while ensuring customers continue to receive the highest level of products and services.

Coming off its five consecutive years of revenue growth and increased profits, Jonathan Terrell, who originally led Infohrm’s participation in the CLC joint venture and served as President of North America since 2005, will continue to be a driving influence on the strategic direction of the organization as the first Infohrm Fellow. In this role he will remain active in corporate governance while also devoting significant time on the development of advanced workforce analytics research for utilization within the Infohrm member client base.

"Brian has been successful in growing the business over the past year and is well positioned to lead the organization in further growth and product innovation," said Peter Howes, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Infohrm. "This transition allows Infohrm to build towards the future while allowing Jonathan to focus on the solutions and services that will determine our member client’s future success."

"Infohrm is providing the industry an unmatched level of products and services in the workforce planning, reporting and analytics space, and I am excited to further our presence in the marketplace," said Brian Kelly, President of North America for Infohrm.
