Miami Realtor Izzy Buholzer announces the opening of a new "short-sale, pre-foreclosure" advisory service, and explains why "short sales" are both a means for sellers to salvage their investments and for buyers to scoop up waterfront property and condos at bargain prices in Florida's declining real estate market.
