The acquisition was made on behalf of The Hampshire Generational Fund, one of the firm's private equity real estate investment funds tailored to high net worth investors.
The property is conveniently located in central Connecticut, approximately 15 miles southwest of Hartford, and offers easy access to Routes 9, 15, 5, and Interstate 91. The property is fully leased to Space Electronics LLC, a leading manufacturer of high precision scientific instruments used to test satellites, rockets, weapons, and jet engines.
