Parties That Cook, one of the country's most innovative culinary event companies, is introducing the latest in its lineup of upscale, deliciously fun cooking parties: "A Feast of Cheese and Chocolate." It's the perfect pairing of grown-up indulgences.

Parties That Cook has created an irresistible new event that will tempt even the most disciplined of guests. Join artisan cheesemaker Wil Edwards and passionate cocoa tutor Karletta Moniz as they help you and your friends navigate the sensory pleasures of making cheese and tasting chocolate.

The night begins with a glass of wine, entertaining tutorials and exquisite tastings of the evening's key ingredients. Cheesemaker Wil Edwards explores the various origins of cheesemaking as you savor samples from around the world and learn to make a sublimely delicious ricotta. Chocolate connoisseur Karletta Moniz indulges your taste buds as she leads you through a history and tasting of single-origin chocolates, which are grown in different regions and have widely varying tastes!

Then it will be your turn to create tapas-style appetizers and desserts using chocolate and cheese in delicious pairings. Professional chefs from the Parties That Cook team will divide guests into groups to prepare original recipes including Crostini of Goat Cheese with Melted Manjari Chocolate, Chicken Taquitos with Chocolate Mole and Melted Queso Fresco and New York Style Chocolate Cheesecake with Seasonal Fruit.

No cooking experience is needed to attend. The price of $75 per person includes cooking instruction by Wil, Karletta and the Parties That Cook chefs.

As the venerable temptress Mae West once said, "I generally avoid temptation unless I can't resist it!" This event provides excellent reasons to give in. For more information and to register, visit http://www.PartiesThatCook.com.
