Arnold was awarded 13 Web Awards by the Web Marketing Association's annual award show, the "WebAwards." The WebAwards is an awards event where websites are recognized, competing head-to-head with other sites within their industry and against an overall standard of excellence. There are four WebAward award levels: Best of Show, Best Website of Industry, Outstanding Website and Standard of Excellence.
Arnold won three Best of Industry awards: Royal Caribbean's "Hungry Suitcase" won for Best Travel Website, Vonage's "The History of Communication" won for Best Telecommunication website, and American Legacy Foundation/truth's "Singing Cowpoke" won for Best Non-Profit website.

The Web Marketing Association was founded in 1997 to help set a high standard for Internet marketing and development of the best websites on the World Wide Web. Staffed by volunteers, this organization is made up of Internet marketing, online advertising, PR, and top web site design professionals who share an interest in improving the quality of online advertising, internet marketing, and website promotion.
