"Our First Annual LUSSO Member Survey affirms that LUSSO is building a club for members, by members that meets with very high approval ratings and that also helps set the stage for our next level of development," says Kiersten Hegna, LUSSO's vice president of service delivery. Members were surveyed in categories titled: Future Travel (members' desires for future locations); Pre-Trip Planning (reservation, club communications between members with staff and LUSSO's highly ranked on-site concierges and other online tools); The LUSSO Experience (including quality of home furnishings, availability and responsiveness of LUSSO's 24/7 concierge staff); Club Communications; Club Features (such as LUSSO's 550 membership cap, projected occupancy rates, price/value, etc.); Comparing Alternatives (comparative alternatives with luxury hotels, fractionalized/timeshare ownership, vacation-home purchase and competing clubs); and Multiple-Home Owners (vacation-home ownership facts).
