Applied Marketing Science is pleased to announce that Kristen Bertolino was recently promoted to Project Director, Kristyn Desjardins was promoted to Senior Analyst, and Shannon Watts was promoted to Field Coordinator. Joining the firm as new employees is Ben Lodge, Analyst, and Robin Bousquet, Marketing Assistant.
Kristen Bertolino is a Project Director in both the new product development and litigation practice areas. She has knowledge in a wide variety of industries including medical and consumer products, high-tech (hardware and software), financial services, and trade industries. She is experienced in designing, managing, analyzing, and presenting findings for all phases of both quantitative and qualitative research studies. She has conducted research for both domestic and international engagements, which has included conducting Voice of the Customer interviews, ethnographic research, and leading focus groups. Kristen holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Merrimack College.
Kristyn Desjardins works directly with Project Directors in the execution of product development and litigation support projects. She will be involved in such tasks as advanced data analysis, qualitative interviewing, report preparation, field management as well as assisting in the training of new analysts. While at AMS Kristyn has conducted Voice of the Customer research for medical device, high-tech and various consumer product companies. She has also worked on a number of projects examining consumer behavior and marketing issues in litigation. Kristyn holds a Bachelor of Science from Providence College in Marketing and Sociology and is pursuing an MBA at Bentley College.
Shannon Watts was recently promoted to Field Coordinator. Her responsibilities include assisting the Director of Field Operations with vendor liaison; preparation and shipment of materials; and daily monitoring of all data collection projects including in-person intercept, recruiting for qualitative interviews, and quantitative telephone studies. Additionally, Shannon maintains Field Operations databases related to data collection protocol, vendors, validation statistics, and financials. Shannon holds a B.A. in Psychology from Emmanuel College.
Ben Lodge will support Project Directors in executing client consulting and market research projects in both litigation support and new product development. He is experienced in data analysis and report preparation. Ben holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
Robin Bousquet will support the Marketing Director in various areas, include database management, lead research, conference preparation, and mailings coordination. Robin holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
