Austin, TX (PRWEB) September 28, 2007
John Fincher, a veteran in the advertising, marketing, printing and legal services industries has joined Corporate Investment, a financial advisory firm specializing in business sales, mergers and acquisitions.
Fincher was one of the founders of NightRider, a startup that grew to 50 million dollars in revenue in a five year period and then was sold to a Fortune 500 company in 1992. Fincher then purchased USA PrintMaster in Temple, Texas in 1998. He served as CEO of the new entity, Graphic Solutions International, and in 2000 merged the company with Persidea, an advertising/marketing/web development company that currently serves clients in over forty states and several foreign countries.
"During my 30 years of business experience, I've been a principal in three M&A transactions, which has provided me with valuable insight into the business sales process, from both sides of the table," said Fincher. "The Central Texas business economy is growing, and business sales transactions are rising along with it. I can directly apply my entrepreneurial and marketing experience to help business owners get maximum value when they divest, acquire or merge their companies," he added.
"We're excited that John has joined the team at Corporate Investment," added Lawrence Schumann, Managing Director. "His experience will be a valuable asset to our clients as they go through the business sales process. We know he will contribute to our continued growth as the leading Central Texas sell side advisory firm."
