New Overhead Crane and Hoist Sales Manager for Ireland
The buoyancy of the economy in Ireland has prompted industrial overhead crane and hoist specialist, Street Crane Company, to appoint their first directly employed sales manger to cover the whole of Ireland. Stephen Hirst, a lifting engineer with 20 years mechanical handling experience, took up the post in September.
Stockport, UK (PRWEB) September 23, 2007 -- The buoyancy of the economy in Ireland has prompted industrial overhead crane and hoist specialist, Street Crane Company, to appoint their first directly employed sales manger to cover the whole of Ireland. Stephen Hirst, a lifting engineer with 20 years mechanical handling experience, took up the post in September.
"With so much development taking place, both north and south, this is a huge opportunity. I look forward to meeting existing and new Street Crane users and developing the overhead crane and hoist business in Ireland," Stephen enthused.
Stephen's hands-on experience includes a period working offshore with a rope-access team doing non-destructive structural inspection. He holds level five registration with the Lifting Engineering Equipment association (LEEA), this qualifies him to inspect powered hoists and beams. In addition, he has NEBOSH certified health and safety qualifications.
Stephen is based in Antrim with his wife and two daughters where he has good access to the M1/N1 and the rest of the motorway network. In his spare time Stephen is keen on cycling, Rugby and squash.
