The Research and Planning Division will now lead all programs that help objectively measure critical areas of a talent management plan, including: new hire surveys, secret shopping, onboarding surveys, employee engagement surveys, interception surveys, exit interviews and process mapping. The decision to shift these services extends from an approach to strengthen the account planning function by adding to the research ability.
