Mighty World's Construction Site set has earned a National Parenting Publications (NAPPA) Gold Award in the Toys Category.

Jimmy, John and Joe have built, plastered and carpeted their way into parents' and children's hearts. These three little men comprise Mighty World's Construction Site set, which has earned a National Parenting Publications (NAPPA) Gold Award in the Toys Category. The NAPPA Awards showcase the best in books, CDs, baby gear and innovative products that help make parenting easier and more fun.

"We are thrilled that NAPPA has recognized Mighty World and the Construction Site play set as one of the best of 2007," said Susan Tice, Senior Product Manager and Public Relations Director for International Playthings, Inc., (IPI) North American distributor of Mighty World. "Everything about the Mighty World line, from the realistic design to the diverse range of environments and accessories was conceived to capture the imagination of modern day kids and encourage them to learn through play. NAPPA's endorsement underscores the value of that approach and distinguishes the Construction Set as an exceptional toy."

Mighty World is a comprehensive, exciting line of play figures, accessories, and play sets designed to foster children's imagination and creativity by encouraging them to create, experience and explore their own world of pretend play. Mighty World's Construction Site set teaches children the basics of construction and provides realistic depictions of the tools and materials used in the building process.

Equipped with more than 30 accessories, including scaffolding, cones, cinderblocks, and hand tools, Mighty World's Construction Site is a miniature wonderland for the imaginations of future architects and contractors. The Construction Site also features a cement mixer that spins and can be hitched onto any of the Mighty World trucks, which Jimmy the Builder, Joe the Carpenter or John the Plasterer can operate. The three little builders are hard-hat ready to take on any construction plan a child has on his or her mind.

The NAPPA Gold Award-winning products featured in this year's NAPPA Parenting Resources competition are the result of rigorous evaluation of hundreds of entries by a team of expert judges and parent testers. This year's winners represent a wide range of parenting tools from fostering parent child bonding to celebrating the miracle of pregnancy.
