Everest Poker http://www.everestpoker.com today announced the ten ranked players in the online poker room's most recent $100,000 guaranteed Texas Hold 'em tournament. The tournament, scheduled each Sunday at 14:30 GMT, is Everest Poker's largest regularly-scheduled event. The most recent tournament, held 23 September, was played by 917 players from countries as diverse as France, Germany, Japan, and Venezuela.
"These $100,000 events are a cornerstone of Everest Poker's schedule," said Jonathan May, Everest Poker property manager. "They continue to get more players every week and provide a great weekend event for poker players at all skill levels."
The winners for the 23 September $100,000 tournament are as follows: rexmaster from Italy came in first, winning $20,000. Canada's Zordrack finished second and walked away with $12,000. Third place and $9,000 went to nitram1988 from Germany. Dimouze from Belgium claimed fourth and $7,000. They were followed by Galley from the Netherlands ($5,000); kaporal49 from France ($3,750); Balg from The Netherlands ($2,750); WARRIORS.KK from Italy ($1,750); abbas1 from Sweden ($1,500) and mika31 from France ($1,250).
"As always, it was a spectacular competition," May added. "Players can start in one of our satellite tournaments for as little as $11+1 or buy in to the main event."
