Paula Lumbard's is a pioneer in the stock footage industry and her career spans more than 20 years, including several years of producing special effects for features films. She founded FootageBank HD in 2002 as the first footage house dedicated to HD native content. Paula is a graduate of the University of Washington, has two masters' degrees (Fine Arts, Psychology) and was a member of the Emmy Award winning team that created the special effects for the classic TV film "The Day After."
