Mesa, AZ (PRWEB) September 28, 2007
Whether it is the expense of the Annual Meeting or other business travel, many executives are not able to take all of the possible tax deductions for the simple reason that they don't keep and file all of their receipts and adequate notes on business meetings and activities. You don't have to lose valuable tax deductions.
Just A Minute, LLC, known for their services to help small business executives prepare the necessary documentation throughout the year and in preparation for their Annual Meetings, recently introduced their new Business Receipt Organizer. "We've actually taken the typical receipt storage envelope to the next level," says co-owner Kari VanNoy. "Unlike the envelopes in many personal organizers, our envelope is oversized to hold notes and meeting minutes, etc."
"We've also made it easier to note critical information," says Co-owner Juli Walsh, "by providing places to make the notes and reminders of what information is most important." The envelope is printed on both sides with forms for all the information someone would need to record.
The columns printed on the front are for keeping track of all business actions for trips, business expenses, etc. The back of the envelope is printed with a very handy form for recording overnight and travel expenses for four locations or events. This clearly goes beyond the standard travel receipt envelopes.
"You just print on the outside of the envelope for each meeting, each action or expense and put the receipt inside. Then, file it away (either by month or by business trip), and you are ready to give it to your CPA or tax preparer," says Walsh.
Just A Minute, LLC wanted to create a truly functional product that was easy to use and that would save time for executives. In actual fact, this business receipt organizer would save time for anyone who travels for business, whether the business is their own or they need to justify and track travel and sales call expenses for a large company. With this helpful tool, there is no reason for anyone to lose out on a tax deduction because they didn't keep adequate records.
Don't you just love it when someone actually looks out for your best interests?
