HRI recognizes the significance of Work and Family Month and honors it every year. This October HRI will release its brand-new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) orientations to show how EAP services can help employees handle multiple demands on and off the job.

October is designated as National Work and Family Month and Harris, Rothenberg International (HRI), LLC, is gearing up for it by releasing its new online, multimedia employee orientations.

October was designated Work and Family Month in 2003 by United States Senate Resolution 210. The creation of Work and Family Month as a federal observance demonstrates that companies across the nation acknowledge the importance of helping employees successfully balance work and family responsibilities.
