Are You the Next Leonardo Da Vinci?

Ocean's Bridge is sharing the art. For the first time ever we'd like to offer everyone the chance to have their idea, sketch or concept turned into a real oil painting, made by one of our talented artists.

(PRWEB) October 1, 2007 -- They say there is a good book in all of us, if only we could tell the story. Is it then also true that there is a work of art just waiting to be put on canvas as well? A Mona Lisa, a Picasso's Dream, a Last Supper that we could create if only we knew how to paint?

Now frustrated Van Goghs everywhere have a chance to find out. Ocean's Bridge Art Studios is offering people the chance to have their inspiration turned into a genuine oil on canvas painting…for free!

"This is something we've done for numerous clients over the years, but never really advertised. They've been some of our most fascinating projects. I'm not much of an artist myself - I don't have the technical skills - but, like most people, I have ideas that I think would make wonderful paintings. I am excited about giving people the chance to bring their artistic vision to fruition" said James Skidmore, co-founder of Ocean's Bridge.

But how will it work? According to Dan Groves, chief artist in residence at the studios, all that is needed is a good idea. "Let us know your idea and any instructions or guidance you have, and we'll turn that into a painting. Sketches are helpful, too" he adds, "but we've worked from as little as an idea, a proposed layout, and a few stylistic references".

By way of example, there's a tongue-in-cheek homage to Picasso that was recently given as a wedding gift shown on the website

The offer is open until the end of October. Each week one applicant will be chosen and their proposal turned into a painting, which upon completion is delivered to the winner's door a few weeks later. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work with a real artist to have your creative vision brought into being as an oil on canvas painting.

Ocean's Bridge Art Studios has created paintings for clients that include the rich and famous, major real estate developers, hotels, restaurants, museums, internationally renowned interior designers, and, most importantly, individual art lovers worldwide since 2002.
