Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida, the Simon Property is scheduled for completion in spring of 2008. Plans and construction for the next phases are currently underway.
The first phase of heavy timber trellis construction was completed using nine industrial heavy timber trellises totaling over 3,600 square feet and Phase II included over 8,300 square feet of large heavy timber trellises. Nature Bridges will continue work on the next phase and utilize heavy timber trellises to finish the project.
Once complete, the 900,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex will host a variety of retailers, theaters, and restaurants. Pier Park is ideally located to serve the area's growing residential community as well as visitors from around the world.
