Global Satellite Broadcasting Corporation Acquires Digital Signage FX Group of Canada
Charles Oates said digital signage FX group already has a presence in Canada with screens in and around the Canadian airports. DSFX will now use and install GSBC smart screens coupled with DSFX specialty software to help corner the digital signage business in Canada.
Bangkok Thailand (PRWEB) January 23, 2007 -- At a joint press conference Ronald Flynn the founder of Global Satellite Broadcasting Corporation and Charles Oates C.E.O of Navigator Partners announced the agreement for GSBC to acquire Digital Signage FX Group for 5 million dollars and keep there executive members on board as share holders of GSBC. Charles Oates said Digital Signage FX Group Already has a presence in Canada with screens in and around the Canadian airports. DSFX will now use and install GSBC smart screens coupled with DSFX specialty software to help corner the digital signage business in Canada.
Ronald Flynn said "we are very happy with the backgrounds and resumes of the DSFX group. We believe this group will be able to achieve market share in 2007 because of our new smart screen technology".
Rob Way of Navigator said "the acquisition of DSFX brings mutual benefits to GSBC and DSFX".
Digital Signage FX Group is headed by Ron Jacklin and Ronald Way who will bring great opportunities to GSBC in both the Canadian and US markets.
Navigators Charles Oates said, "We at Navigator are very pleased to have arranged this acquisition and anticipate presenting further synergistic acquisition opportunities to GSBC".

Charles Oates finished the press conference by extending his hand and exclaiming "we believe that the synergy with GSBC and the founder is terrific. We are absolutely sure there will be an enormous success in Canada now that we have the smart screen technology"!
