United Country Absolute Auction and Realty to Conduct Multi-Property Auction in Sullivan County

Five properties, including residential, commercial and acreage to be sold at auction October 14 with no minimum bids.

Five Sullivan County properties are set for auction on Sunday, October 14, at 2:02 p.m., according to Robert A. Doyle of Absolute Auction and Realty, Inc.

The first parcel, located at 103 Youngs Hill Road, is a Victorian mansion on 11 acres with 50-mile views of the Catskills. The home has over 5,500 sq. ft. of refinished living space on four levels. "This property has been thoughtfully restored, creating a luxurious, comfortable lifestyle," said Doyle.

The home's gourmet kitchen features a bay window and multiple prep areas to cater special events, lots of paneled cabinetry, expansive custom-milled Corian countertops, 4-burner gas cook top with oven, separate in-cabinet Maytag oven, additional two-burner KitchenAid radiant cook-top on the service island, Kohler fixtures in cook's sink and island-mount prep sink.
