Hydronika announced today that it has converted all chiller boiler enclosure production to stainless steel. The overall life of the unit will be extended significantly with this upgrade from powder-coated carbon steel to stainless steel. Stainless steel was previously an upgrade for marine and corrosive air environments.

Shelbyville, KY (PRWEB) October 2, 2007 -- Hydronika announced today that it has converted all chiller boiler enclosure production to stainless steel. The overall life of the unit will be extended significantly with this upgrade from powder-coated carbon steel to stainless steel. Stainless steel was previously an upgrade for marine and corrosive air environments.

"The change to all stainless enclosure represents part of our continuous evolution in product component decisions aimed at providing the best in class chiller boiler systems for our HVAC customers. Our customers demand the very best in heating and cooling units as well as great value for their investment in comfort systems. This change compliments previous component decisions aimed at providing the best in class," said Michael Scharing, CEO of Hydronika. "Stainless steel is certainly a more costly material than carbon steel but its durability and visual impression more closely represent the quality of the components within the enclosure." said Courtney Millburn, VP of Engineering.

Hydronika chiller boiler units represent state-of-the-art solutions for the application of chillers and boilers in HVAC systems where comfort and efficiency are demanded in residential and commercial hydronic heating and cooling applications.
