Jury Systems Incorporated and American Telesource, Inc. (ATI) today announce an OEM Partnership that adds interactive voice response capabilities to JURY+ Next Generation and is available to Courts throughout the United States.

The alliance leverages a successful strategic relationship the companies have built over the last year. The two companies share a common vision of providing productivity-enhancing jury solutions backed by the highest levels of service and support.

Under the agreement, Jury Systems Incorporated adds JURY+ Voice Solution, to its suite of JURY + Next Generation offerings. JURY+ Voice Solution provides prospective jurors with the ability to interact with JURY+ Next Generation through touch tone and speech recognition phone interfaces. JURY+ Voice Solution allows jurors to hear instructions, request postponement, request disqualification, obtain court instructions, and more.

"In the past, Courts that wanted to provide prospective jurors with self-service phone access to juror information required third party vendors to develop, install and support IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems for access to JURY+ Next Generation. With this announcement, Jury Systems Incorporated can offer Courts a complete solution, which now includes interactive voice response capability with touch tone phone and speech interfaces," said Mark Schienbein, President of Encino, CA-based Jury Systems Incorporated.

"The alliance of ATI and Jury Systems Incorporated demonstrates forward thinking on behalf of each company to deliver a 'one stop shop' solution to Courts throughout the United States," said Schienbein, "Jury Systems Incorporated is a natural fit for a partnership with ATI for several reasons including commitments by both companies to high customer service levels, complementary technology product lines and an excitement to work together by team members on both sides," said Mark Seeba, Application Development / Product Manager, ATI.

"ATI was an obvious choice as a partner, with years of experience, numerous prior implementations, strong support, and a strong commitment to deliver Court IVR solutions. ATI's Court technology solutions improve productivity, are reliable, easy-to-use for the public, and easy to administer by Court staff," said Schienbein.
