Customer support is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a trained, professional and courteous staff located at the Midwest Operations Center.
Additionally, nFinity 2.0 comes complete with disaster recovery and business continuation services included in the monthly fee. In the event of a fire or other natural disaster, customer data is kept safe and secure in nGenX’s leading edge data center.
