Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 4, 2007
Dress for Success, an international non-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women, announced its partnership with the Magnificent Women Organization, an executive concierge service for women in business. Magnificent Women founder, Cheryl Scales has been affiliated with Dress for Success since 2004, and this partnership further demonstrates her dedication to helping women not only get a job through the Dress for Success program, but to also build a career through the Professional Women's Group.
The Dress for Success Professional Women's Group (PWG) supports their clients during the critical time by providing information that will help women unfamiliar with the workplace continue to develop skills and advance in their careers. The PWG offers members a comfortable atmosphere in which they can share, grow and network with other women who have recently made the same transition into the workforce.
Dress for Success and the Magnificent Women Organization partner to help women who are involved in the PWG program better market themselves. As part of our partnership, Dress for Success members in the Professional Women's Group are invited to participate in the half-day seminars occurring in Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, DC; New York, Princeton, New Jersey, Boston, and San Francisco.
"For the past two years, Scales has donated products and sought ways to build a partnership," said Joi Gordon, Chief Executive Officer of Dress for Success Worldwide. "We are thrilled to be launching this campaign with the new Magnificent Women Organization as it represents another way we encourage our PWG members to participate in their professional development," adds Ms. Gordon.
"Supporting Dress for Success is a natural extension of the Magnificent Women Organization's mission to help women achieve their full potential," says Cheryl Scales.
