Excel Dryer Adds Two New Finishes to its Line of XLERATOR® Hand Dryers

Excel Dryer, Inc. has introduced two new cover finishes to its line of high speed XLERATOR® hand dryers. The industry standard hand dryer, which dries hands three times faster than traditional dryers, is now available in a stainless steel finish or bulk molded for durability. The new appliance-grade white thermoset bulk molded compound (BMC) is very resistant to vandalism, while the brushed stainless steel finish XLERATOR delivers a distinct, architectural look to restroom interiors.

East Longmeadow, MA (PRWEB) October 9, 2007 -- Excel Dryer, Inc., a leader in the manufacture of American-made hand dryers, has introduced two new cover finishes to its line of high speed XLERATOR® hand dryers. The new appliance-grade white thermoset bulk molded compound (BMC) is very resistant to vandalism, while the brushed stainless steel finish XLERATOR delivers a distinct, architectural look to restroom interiors. These new options enhance the already extensive XLERATOR line, which includes traditional white, a fingerprint-resistant graphite cover, chrome plated, and custom colors for specific applications.

"Our customers have asked for more finishes for our popular XLERATOR hand dryers, and we've delivered," said Denis Gagnon, president of Excel Dryer. "Both new finishes enable architects and specifiers to achieve a specific look with the design of public restrooms. In addition, the BMC dryers will stand up to wear and tear to maintain that clean look for years to come."

The XLERATOR completely dries hands in 10 to 15 seconds, versus conventional dryers that take 30 to 45 seconds or longer. XLERATOR completes the job three times faster and uses 80% less energy than traditional hand dryers. XLERATOR delivers a 95% cost savings vs. paper towels and is the first hand dryer to achieve GreenSpec® approval. It also helps facilities to qualify for LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) credits by the U.S. Green Building Council. XLERATOR dryers can help facility managers save thousands annually by eliminating the need for paper towel dispensers and their maintenance.

Currently, XLERATOR is installed in a variety of busy, high traffic restrooms, including some high-profile destinations such as Disney World and the new Wembley Stadium.

Excel Dryer, Inc. can be reached at P. O. Box 365, 357 Chestnut Street, East Longmeadow, MA 01028 (413) 525-4531 or at www.exceldryer.com.
