Registered Dietitian Teaches Rachael Ray How To Make Recipes Healthier

Registered Dietitian Jayson Hunter is on a mission to teach dieters how to make celebrity chef Rachael Ray's best recipes more weight loss friendly. While her recipes are easy-to-make and delicious, Hunter knows making some small changes to them will make them much more healthy.

St. Charles, MO (PRWEB) October 5, 2007 -- While impressed by her achievements and passion for cooking, registered dietitian Jayson Hunter believes he can help celebrity chef Rachael Ray do a better job of helping people lose weight fast. Hunter has just begun explaining to readers of his http://dress-size-reduction-blog.com how they can make Ray's delicious recipes more diet friendly.

"Once or twice a week I will be reviewing some recipes from 'Rachael Ray's 365: No Repeats 30-Minute Cookbook' so my loyal readers can not only enjoy her delicious creations, but lose weight in the process," Hunter explained. He added, "I'm very impressed with her cookbook. I just know a few tweaks to these wonderful recipes will go a long way toward helping women lose dress sizes and inches."

Hunter will teach how to slightly modify the recipes and use alternative ingredients to reduce the overall fat and sugar content when possible, while still maintaining the great taste of the meal.

Here are four changes to improve on Rachael Ray's "Scramblewiches" recipe to improve its nutrient content while still pleasing a dieter's taste buds:

1. Instead of a plain white bread baguette substitute a rye or whole-grain baguette.

2. Choose the smoked turkey or lean ham as a first choices instead of pastrami or corned beef.

3. Use Omega 3 fortified eggs instead of regular eggs for plenty of heart healthy essential fatty acids.

4. Substitute a low-fat cheese variety instead of the fat-laden cheddar suggested.

Hunter encourages readers of his http://dress-size-reduction-blog.com to leave comments after they have created one of the modified meals for themselves. His goal is to build a community of women who support one another and make permanent healthy changes to their lifestyle.

Jayson Hunter is a registered dietitian and personal trainer with over 10 years experience. He has helped hundreds of women lose weight quickly, safely and permanently. Jayson specializes in working with women who need to lose twenty pounds fast, just in time for a special event or occasion.
