Peter Burwash International Tennis Professional Justin Work Hired as New Tennis Director at Kapalua Resort

Justin Work, a Peter Burwash International Tennis professional, has been hired as the new Tennis Director at Kapalua Resort's Kapalua Tennis Garden.

Kapalua Resort (http://www.Kapalua.com) recently announced that Justin Work has been appointed director for the tennis program at the Kapalua Tennis Garden. Work will be responsible for program design and implementation, teaching, organizing tennis-related activities and events as well as overseeing maintenance of the facilities that include a 10-court facility and fully stocked pro shop. The tennis program features a variety of regularly scheduled activities and programs during the week, private and group instruction and three USTA sanctioned tournaments each year.

Work has been a Peter Burwash International (PBI) tennis professional for five years, directing a variety of tennis programs at the top tennis resorts in the world in various countries. Most recently, he was the director of tennis at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Prior to that, he directed the tennis program at The Homestead in Virginia, a five-diamond resort. He was also a teaching professional at the Desert Springs J.W. Marriott and Rancho Las Palmas Resort in Palm Springs, California.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Work played tennis at the University of Texas in San Antonio and Texas A&M University. He has also played competitively in many international tour events in Europe and Asia, such as the Belgian Summer Circuit and the Singapore Open. He currently resides in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. He likes to surf and wants to learn how to scuba dive.
