Village At Arrowhead in Glendale Hosts Fall Fine Art Walk
Those who enjoy strolling past gallery-style art in the relaxed atmosphere of the outdoors are invited to attend the Fall Fine Art Walk, Saturday, Oct. 20th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Village at Arrowhead, 20050 N. 67th Ave. in Glendale.
Glendale, AZ (PRWEB) October 6, 2007 -- Those who enjoy strolling past gallery-style art in the relaxed atmosphere of the outdoors are invited to attend the Fall Fine Art Walk, Saturday, Oct. 20th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Village at Arrowhead, 20050 N. 67th Ave. in Glendale.
A rich display of art including originals, giclees (fine reproductions) and prints from some of the Valley's most prestigious artists will be represented. One of the event's featured artists is American Realist, Gene Dieckhoner, whose commissions include 60 drawings for the National Park Service Joshua Tree National Monument in California, more than 150 drawings for the LA Times and Carte Blanche magazine, as well as two series of plates for the Bradford Exchange.
Also represented will be artwork in a variety of media including: acrylic; watercolor; pastel; oil; mixed media; pencil drawing; metal; clay; bronze; stone and wood sculpture, photography; art glass and more. Unlike many art walks hosted in parking lots, The Village at Arrowhead's Fine Art Walk will take place on the sidewalks in front of most of the center's stores.
