Two of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For are going to present at Great Place to Work® Institute's Best Practices Forum on November 6, 2007. They will share best practices that keep their employee turnover low and profits high.

Great Place to Work® Institute Inc., a global research and consulting firm partnered with Fortune Magazine and HR Magazine to recognize the nation’s best workplaces, announced today that leaders from Yahoo! and Umpqua Bank will present at the Best Practices Forum, on November 6, 2007 in San Francisco.

Barbara Baker, the executive vice present of Cultural Enhancement at Umpqua Holdings Corporation, an Oregon based community bank, will share how she develops and implements best practices on November 6, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. (P.T.). Barbara oversees all culture, training and human resource functions.
