350 global marketers polled at luxury interactive conference in New York.

Insights from the research include:

 
  • Luxury marketers said they are very confident in their ability to define their best customers, but they often are unsure about what their customers' values, attitudes and influences.
  • 20% of luxury marketers believe consumers choose their brand because of its quality.
  • The majority of respondents believe their consumers have a personal relationship with their brand.
