Carlucci Rosemont will host a preferred Wine Dinner featuring award-winning Arnaldo Caprai wines, hailing from one of the globe's most fruitful regions. The one-night event on October 25, 2007, will begin with an hors d'oeuvres reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by a four-course Italian meal at 7:30 p.m. Winery proprietor Marco Caprai will join the affair as Carlucci's honored guest providing insights into the wines of the fertile Umbrian Valley.
