Moguldom Media Group Properties Achieve Rapid Traffic Growth -- Bossip.com Up 537% in Six Months

Urban gossip website gains visibility through mentions by A-list celebrities; other MMG properties achieve similar gains.

New York (PRWEB) October 8, 2007 -- Moguldom Media Group, an innovative new media company and investment firm, today announced rapid growth in traffic for its demographically targeted celebrity gossip blogs, which include Bossip.com, Lossip, F-listed and other properties. The continued success of the websites validates Moguldom's vision as well as its execution as the company prepares to launch its new social networking site, Livesteez.

Bossip.com, the leading celebrity gossip website serving urban consumers, notched a 537% increase in traffic over the past six months, with 158%% growth in the last three months alone as measured by Google Analytics. The site drew 37.1 million page views during the six months measured, including 9.8 million in September, from 2.2 million unique visitors.

The strong performance of Bossip.com for advertisers targeting urban consumers is amplified by the blog's cultural currency among influential members of the community. Celebrities such as 50 Cent, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have talked about reading the blog in interviews published last month, and Bossip.com recently completed its own interview of Ja Rule. Moving forward, the site will aggressively grow both readership and ad revenue through an intensified focus on exclusive content and breaking celebrity news, the addition of talent to its creative writing staff and search engine optimization to further raise its profile.

Moguldom's success with Bossip.com is echoed throughout the company's portfolio. Lossip.com, a similar website serving Latin American consumers, continued its fast start with rises of 131% over the three months, drawing a total of 1 million page views from 454, 209 unique visitors. F-listed, Moguldom's male-oriented celebrity gossip site, saw traffic rise 524% over the last three months. The site drew 1.2 million page views from 430,286 unique visitors.

Bossip.com's large and loyal audience will soon be leveraged for the launch of Livesteez, Moguldom's latest property, a video-oriented social networking site serving the same demographic. The company's proven business model will also be replicated in MingXingYao.com, a Mandarin-language blog covering both Chinese and American celebrities.

"As Bossip.com continues to build its standing within urban culture, and our newer properties replicate its success in their own markets, confidence builds both within our business and among our advertisers and partners in our ability to launch compelling properties quickly and successfully, from conception through to execution," said Marv Frazier, CEO, Moguldom Media Group.
