Agents Auction Alliance to Conduct Multi-Property Auction October 25
Several properties in the greater Detroit area will be sold by auction on Thursday, October 25, according to Mary Mishler of Agents Auction Alliance.
Detroit, MI (PRWEB) October 10, 2007 -- Several properties in the greater Detroit area will be sold by auction on Thursday, October 25, according to Mary Mishler of Agents Auction Alliance.
"We're very excited about this multi-property auction event," said Mishler. "We have some nice pieces of real estate in this catalog, and we're looking forward to a great sale."
Leading off the sale at 10 a.m. will be three lots located at 1843, 1849 and 1855 Harvest Lane in Bloomfield Hills, on a private peninsula on Shore Hill Lake. "These are gorgeous wooded lots," noted Mishler. "All have water frontage and are in lovely neighborhoods."
The second property in the catalog is a mixed use commercial building located at 3896-3900 West Jefferson in Ecorse. The two-story building has 7,920 total square feet, with about 5,730 on the first floor and 2,190 on the second floor. Presently, the first floor is set up for commercial office space, with a large showroom and overhead doors. The second floor has four apartments.
The final property will be auctioned at 3 p.m. and is an all-brick bungalow on Detroit's east side.
