Ten Northern Michigan Building Lots to Hit Auction Block Oct. 27

Traverse City, MI (PRWEB) October 11, 2007 -- Besner Auction and Realty announced the auction of 10 building lots in Interlochen and Traverse City on Saturday, October 27, according to Gwyn Besner, auctioneer.

The final stop for the multi-property auction caravan will be Dyer Lake in Long Lake Township. Besner is offering a wooded 1.3 acre building site with 105 feet of direct private frontage on the Southeast side of Dyer Lake. "This property is located less than a quarter mile from a public access to Bass Lake, which is a much larger inland lake, and just seven minutes from Grand Traverse Mall," Besner said.
